Lois Reitz: I am a retired middle school teacher. I have ( or at least had) a love for cooking. So, after retirement, I cooked and baked to my little heart's content! I was also walking up to a mile a day on my treadmill! Lo and behold, I had gained a few pounds...say like 15 of those little buggers! With the help of a friend, I found the right supplements, made better food choices, and lost 30 pounds! I also discovered a new love and hobby...stamping and creating homemade cards! This is a new business for me and I now have a workshop every month! I have faithful ladies who come to my home and we have great fun stamping and creating cards.
